Q1) How do you think women fare in Rock?

 

A1) Probably still underrated, although better represented than fourteen years when Popping 666 Cherries started out.

 

Q2) Who are you influenced by?

 

A2) Motorhead, Type O Negative, Metallica, Alice Cooper, Rammstein, Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson.

 

Q3) There is a lot of religious imagery in the songs. How have you been inspired by religion?

 

A3) Only to the detriment of the religions themselves.

 

Q4) Who are your heroes? Who do you admire and why?

 

A4) Escher, Anne Stokes, H.R. Giger, because they have such a different view, a skewed view of the World.

 

Q5) Sinful music in your collection?

 

A5) Eamon – F**k It (I Don’t Want You Back) (Dirty Version)

 

Q6) What did your parents want you to do with your life?

 

A6) Probably not this.

 

Q7) Road hound or Studio tan?

 

A7) Either or.

 

Q8) What's it like to work with Graeme?

 

A8) Really easy. We both seem to be on the same wavelength and there's great communication between us. A winning combo, we seem to keep producing more and more music at a greater rate.

 

Q9) What’s your idea of a good weekend?

 

A9) Good company, good movies, good music.

 

Q10) What's the weirdest thing about yourself?

 

A10) I write erotica and I was named after one of the three witches from MacBeth.

 

Q11) What inspires your song writing?

 

A11) A sense of depravity couple with a love of the Macabre.

 

Q12) Favourite films?

 

A12) Whatever happened to Baby Jane and Silence of the Lambs. Classical, cynical, cold thriller with a chilling Hopkins making your skin crawl. What more could you want?

 

Q13) To war or not to war?

 

A13) Not to war! Most wars are unnecessary and started by those in power who want more control. Very rarely are they to do with the overall good of humanity, mostly it's just about oppression.

 

Q14) Are there hidden messages in metal songs?

 

A14) No there aren’t, but we put some in one of our songs for shits and giggles.

 

Q15) Favourite Drink?

 

A15) Mother’s ruin, Arran Gold, red wine.

 

Q16) Which celebrity would you sell your soul to sleep with?

 

A16) Now that's a really difficult one, can I have a top 5? Great! Lemmy, Mark Callaway, Sarah Paulson, Alan Rickman and... well, one mystery celeb.

 

Q17) When did you first know you wanted to be a singer?

 

A17) When I belted out The Ace of Spades at a karaoke and scared the fuck out of half the pub.

 

Q18) Best experience with the band?

 

A18) Filming and recording Pretty Girls Make Graves was a great experience, much fun was had.

 

Q19) What are you reading right now?

 

A19) Just starting Under the Black Hat, Jim Ross's autobiography about his life in WWE and beyond. I got a signed copy as a gift recently.

 

Q20) Pet Hates?

 

A20) How long have you Got? I've got so many now it's hard to know where to begin. Let's just say I really can't stand lying, manipulative cunts.
